Premier Village has 120 apartment homes built in the mid 1980’s. It is the ideal sized community, meaning we are big enough to have an on-site professional management and maintenance team, but small enough to get to know each resident.

Premier Village Apartments is Managed by Chelsea Management, a small real estate investment and management company with properties in Delaware, NJ ,TX and PA.
